She started playing the piano at 3 years of age, and graduated as a concert pianist and in chamber music at the Lille State Conservatory and Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris-Alfred Cortot, with the Diplôme Supérieur.
Following her post doctoral course, she continued to improve with prestigious masters, such as Yvonne LEFEBURE in Paris, S. NEUHAUS (Professor at the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory), O. Frugoni in Italy, where she began her carreer as soloist.
Worldwide international concert engagements followed with performances in many European festivals, as a member of chamber music groups, with orchestras with renowned conductors (solo début playing the first concert of Chopin with J. HOUTMANN and Nancy Orchestra), as a soloist with a vast repertoire from the XVIth to the XXIrst centuries. She has been featured on European television, radio broadcasts and movies.
Masterclass Thérèse DIETTE
Ms. DIETTE has taught music, formerly as Professor of Piano in Superior Schools of Music, and she currently holds the chair of Pedagogy and History of Teaching Piano at the highest level in Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris.

She has carried out musicology research on the History of Piano techniques and has been invited to different international conferences (Festival "Présences Radio-France").

She is also Artistic Director of the International Academy of Music "Les Moments Musicaux" founded in 1990.
Thérèse DIETTE gives Masterclasses for the preparation of Diplomas in Pedagogy and International Piano Competitions, in Paris, in world Europa, USA, and soon in Asia.
She has also played as soloist in several premières whose works have been dedicated to her.
